How does the 30-day free trial work?
When you sign up for an account, your first 30 days are free! If, at the end of your 30 days, you want to continue, just make sure a payment is made (whether by check or credit card) and your account that you already have set up will continue like nothing ever changed. If you decide you do not want to continue, just cancel the account before the 30 days is up and you won’t be charged for any use.
What is a service type?
A service type is a specific kind of ministry or service that happens throughout your week. If you have a church with several kinds of Sunday morning worship services, you’d need a service type for each. For example, one might be Traditional Service, another Contemporary Service, maybe a Sunday Evening Service, etc. Each is a service type. The same would go for if you want to plan your High School or Children’s ministries too, each would need a service type.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
There are no contracts of any kind. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time!
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payments for 1 or 3 months of service at a time, and we accept payments by check for 6 months or 12 months at a time.
