Ministry Centered Technologies complies with the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Framework and the U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries and Switzerland. Ministry Centered Technologies collects user information in a manner consistent with the laws of the countries in which it does business. The information that may be collected includes, but is not limited to, email addresses, website history, survey information and website registrations.

Although Ministry Centered Technologies owns the data storage, databases and all rights to the Planning Center application, its users retain all rights to their data. Ministry Centered Technologies will never sell or share user client data with any third parties, contact the user’s clients directly, or use its users’ data for its own business advantage. Ministry Centered Technologies will also not utilize user data in its database to compete with its users, market to its users’ clients, or advertise or contact its users’ clients for any other means of profit. Ministry Centered Technologies respects the privacy of its users, and the privacy of its user’s client data.
Ministry Centered Technologies has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the US-EU and US-Swiss Safe Harbor Principles to an independent dispute resolution mechanism, the International Center for Dispute Resolution, operated by the American Arbitration Association.
